♟ Hello, lovelies. We heard this was the way the kingdom kept in touch with their 'loyal' subjects. Isn't that sweet? The king is hiding, like the yellow-bellied coward he is. Now, some of you may be asking why this warning? Well, we figured it would be the best way to get the attention of you pea-brained maggots. Following this little lecture are going to be the usual parts of your usual updates, so I dare say you better take them to heart, least you want to lose your head.
♙On another note, remember that your capital is now under control of the Hounds. Those who enter probably won't leave alive. This means all access to the kingdom and the surrounding areas of the castle are now cut off to outsiders, and those living here are not allowed to wander out without permission.
♟ And to end this little speech of mine, we will be slowly taking over cities as we go. Those that oppose us will be demolished. So we ask for the lives of those that you cherish that you do not give us any reason to slaughter you, or try to fight back. Your efforts will be futile. Have a wonderful day.

♚ The rules have changed
♙We make the rules now, so therefor, the laws will be strictly enforced, and new laws will be added. Got that? Curfew is now at 9 o'clock for all cities and towns we have taken over. Anyone wandering out on the streets past then shall be captured and tortured.
♟ The rules shall become strictly enforced from here on out. New rules shall also be added. The new changes include, but are not limited to:
♙New staff may be assigned a position. We are no longer accepting request, as we will hand-pick people and ask them ourselves. You may answer no if you wish. You are not, however, allowed to ask to be placed on staff. Especially if you have not been a member for more than a month.
♟ Stricter rp rules may be enforced like grammar, spelling (using your basic English, if English is not your first language, mention so to the staff and you will be excused), and word minimums.
♙Members, old or new, will never be asked to help decide disciplinary functions and asking staff to perform a certain function or punishment on a member will be met with a warning to the account. We do not take advice from members when it comes to rules, how rules are formatted, or on what rules should be changed/added.
If you are directly affected by the actions of another member, simply report it to staff. Do not add your input or opinion on what should happen to the offender. If you do, then you shall be punished for trying to do the job of staff members. Let us worry about punishment, you worry about having as much fun as you can on the site.
♟ The only exception to the above is if staff ask for your opinion in a private way or during one of the Royal Post. Please only respond with your opinions on the formation of new rules and deletion of old ones through these ways.
♙Please note we are not trying to be cruel or unfair, these problems must be resolved. I can assure you that nothing will really change except how rules are enforced and a few other changes. If you have any questions, PM Dew and Monogatari. If you PM only one of us, your question will be ignored.

♚ Paradise Lost - civil war
♙The site shall be having many events, including the introduction of 'mini-events'. More information shall become available later on.
♟ New groups shall be added and out-of-date ones deleted. ATTENTION ALL NEUTRAL CHARACTER OWNERS it is vital that you choose a side for your character once we have a great 'drafting'. Some groups, like the Jokers, Rangers, and Mercs shall be choosing sides by decision of either staff or member vote (undecided). These groups are not occupations (unlike Jokers, Rangers, and Mercs), but they will be in the census. There is no more neutral.
♙Special Occupations shall be making a slow movement out for a long time. They will all open randomly and a mass PM and email shall be sent out to all members. During that time, you can contact staff to change an occupation of a member, or give a new character an occupation that is special. After, they will be unavailable again to be released on a random date.
♟ Breeding shall be going though some changes. Special Pokemon Breeding will soon require a license as well as the occupation. Normal breeders, unless the license is purchased, will not be allowed to breed special Pokemon.
