Ask them. There is a limit to four people per thread. There can be one staff member among the four if their job is to regulate a battle between members.
♟ How can I find items on the Routes?
By reaching the number of posts you need and by reminding the staff of the item(s) you qualify for.
♙How can I battle trainers on the Routes?
By asking a staff to battle them.
Please note that those battles will be done via training thread on your part or via mod thread where the staff will battle with you, and you obtain the PD at the end of it as well as more post for your Pokemon.

You can move along the Routes by posting in the next Route. There is no set number of post you need before you can move ahead. You can go right to the first Gym or the first Elite Four after you get your starter if you wanted to.
