Plot with the Potato Fries

Welter here is non-binary, and it is best to use xe/xir/xem or just masculine pronouns! He doesn't mind either, even if he doesn't identify as either gender. But, his other personalities prefer other pronouns- which one will found out through RP. Pretty quiet, he doesn't really get into fights and pretty much stays away from people in general. Not very much of a social critter, even if he can be when he wants to or when he has to. Yes, when he has to- his aunt and uncle, also the people who adopted him, are the archduke and archduchess of the phoenix region. Making him a prince who will never take the thrown (he is not next in line, or a heir, or anything). 

He loves to shop, but doesn't do it often- unless he may have company. Welter will always have Miss Rio with him out in public or even around his living space, or anywhere, but he wants actual human/gijinka/shifter company when he does go out and about from time to time- maybe it is to make him feel less lonely or something. Since there is still the sense of being all alone somewhere within him.

Upon meeting Welter, he'll request that one calls him Kaiser. But, once you become friends with him, it is also okay to call him Jo. His other personalities, from MPD, are Lew and Vilmos.

This here is the big ol' jerk with the glasses. He is sixteen, and use to be a really sweet and optimistic little fella- he'd train his pokemon and even competed in gyms (currently owning one badge). But, as he moved into teenage years, he became more grumpy and more of a jerk. Maybe it is just him being a teenager, or maybe he just gets irritated more often? Either way, he will still care about his pokemon more than humans. Pokemon, himself, family, humans/gijinkas/shifters. He won't care what you are as long as you don't bother him.

At the age of twelve, he had to take a break from being a trainer to help his family build one of the attractions in the Phoenix Region. The Water Exhibit. It took four years, and it now has enough room to house all his pokemon and then some- since he'll eventually have collected all the water types over the years. One of each. With its completion, he leaves his family to run it and take care of it- even though he helps out a lot of the time by feeding and caring for the pokemon. But, he has busied himself with training again.

His name is Kazimir Yumashev, and he still has a pretty heavy Russian accent. Mainly Russian with some German. He is an excellent swimmer, and could probably swim five to ten miles a day when he really was determined to or if he was stressed.

A troubled kid who is easy to snap, surrounded in the love and care of his pokemon, is Santeri Abel. A ranger, a hunter, and siding with the White Knights. One of the youngest rangers one might see, but that is because he was fifteen. He came to the region about a year ago, and not many people know much about him. Besides the fact he was raised with both Finnish and English, noticed by the names of his pokemon and how he might mutter Finnish from time to time. And the fact he is homeless, and technically a mercenary when it comes to the work he'll do.

Santeri does to missions, and does sell pokemon he has captured, but he will also do various little jobs for smaller things in return. Sweeping a porch for a loaf of bread, moving a lot of heavy boxes in return for a place to stay, or even bone breaking work just for some soap. 

Of course he gets paid for the stuff he does as a ranger too, and of course he gets money from selling pokemon- but he can't always stay in the small store he owns. He needs to pay for that store's bills. He needs to take care of himself and feed himself, along with seven other pokemon. So, you might run into him at the store, or while he is on a mission, or even if you are paying him to do some tasks- paying him little.

Normally a quiet kid, he doesn't socialize much and doesn't really talk to others.

His FC is Thorfinn from Vinland Sagas.

Luci here is like a big child, mentally. Always questioning what it is like to be normal because of curiosity, but never asking. He doesn't feel emotions, and neither does he know how to care for others or basic things (like a plant, or how to work a washing machine) because he never needed too. He grew up in a research lab outside of Phoenix, the fourth Cubone created there. 

But, he was different from all the others. The bone marrow and other factors bleaching his skin milk white, pure white almost. A skull attached to one side of his head too, the other side not fully there. And, they tattooed him as a child. But not even after being born, or during the tattooing, did he cry. He did not shed a single tear, and he never has. 

Eventually he traveled as a hunter, and became an apprentice to the man. The man teaching him more so how to live on his own too, like how to wash clothes in a creek- since his laundry was done for him back at the research facility and clothes were provided for him depending what they wanted him to where. 

After this, he eventually stumbled upon Phoenix where he was spliced by Mirun. He made a friend with a Zoroak later, who he actually bought. This Zoroak usually gives off the illusion that she is not there and that Lucifer appears like his normal self. White skin, regular tattoo's, half a skull on his head- no tail or wings.

His FC is Ulquiorra from Bleach. Still going to be in a relationship with Kitsune's Anna?

A charming man at first, who always offers a smile and a polite conversation, is Xicohtencatl. Xico or X for short. He works in a chemical research facility and owns quite the bit of ghost and poison types for an Aggron gijinka. But, he likes their company and their personalities. His pokemon probably being the only things he relatively cares about when it comes down to it. Since he really is actually a cold, cruel man who only plays it off as sweet and charming. 

He lives in a run down apartment and works in a chemical research facility, so he almost always has a gas mask on. Maybe out of habit, or that he is so use to it that he doesn't want to take it off. But, he will show his face at his house if anything. With him are about eleven or so pokemon, mainly ghost types besides one dragon type. He doesn't really train them, they are just there for company and protection. They are something similar to friends.

His religion is also different than the main one in Phoenix. He believes that all legends, plus ditto, are deities or demi-gods who should be worshiped and prayed to for different things. If you own a legend, most likely Xico is not going to be your friend and will despise you. But, he won't correct the behavior.
