♙It is possible to make a human into a Gijinka and then into a Shifter. It is also possible for Gijinka to become Shifters. This requires an operation, however.
♟ This operation can be given by the head breeder Mirun or the head DAC scientist. Mirun has no strings attached except maybe not giving as much pain medicine as he promised, whereas Maia might try to brainwash the patient to join the DAC.

♙From human to Gijinka for a normal Pokemon (non Legendary, non Pseudo-Legendary), the first operation will cost 500 PD.
♟ The second will cost 700 PD.
♙For a Pseudo-Legend, the first one will cost 1,000 PD and rise by 1,000 every second operation.
♟ For a Legendary, it will cost 5,000 PD. This can only be given once.
