--Life is a game to be played by the strong. Gabriel is the sort to attack for the fun of it, loving the sight and taste of blood. He will learn who and what to attack over time, as long as he is beaten back and caused pain, he will back off. He is sadistic, and will apply pain to anyone and anything that ask for it or that he thinks deserves it. Telling him not to attack someone is like taking away who he is. He loves causing trouble, making people and other Pokemon suffer. He is a rather jealous Pokemon, however, and will fight for the attention of the one he considers his equal, friend, or family member.

--Power is what she seeks. If she doesn't see it, she has no interest in calling anyone 'master'. She attacks anything she sees as weaker and jeers at them, making her more hardhearted as time goes on. She doesn't have friends or allies, she has those she will tolerate. Gaining her loyalty is harder than diamond. Once you gain it, you can easily lose it by showing weakness. She herself considers herself a strong Pokemon, and gravitates towards those that are stronger. It is necessary to beat her down with your own hands if you want her respect, something her 'master' has had to do countless times.


Michael || Male || Calm Nature

--Vigilant and careful are good words to describe Michael. He's a calm and patient Pokemon, willing to wait hour after hour to make a good attack. One could call him a strategist. He makes the most precise and careful plans, despite not being able to be understood. He is rather intelligent with the language of humans, and had been able to master using a pen and pencil to get his point across by pictures or a few select words he has learned from watching others. His loyalty and carefulness is mostly when his teammates or master is attacked. He will never, however, act without thinking; unless the situation is so fire he must.

--Lucifer is an attention seeking Pokemon that likes to offer hugs and affection to everyone; yet just because he is a sweet heart doesn't mean he won't attack and aim to kill. He has his fair share of blood on his needles. He's mostly warm and welcoming to those he loves, to those he sees as his family, his friends. He is very obedient, and does as he is told, no matter what it is. Oh, master wants him to kill a small child? Of course! Anything to see master smile! He's eager to please those that gain his respect and love.

Broken isn't what to call him. Neither is torn, shredded, ripped apart, or screwed up. He's normal, in a sense. or he is now, that's what they told him when they let him out. When they let him out, they them. He's odd, for certain, strange in the most difficult of ways to understand, but not horribly hard to get along with. Is he sadistic? Yes. Is he strange? Yes. Could you call him evil? Probably. Yet he's not anything. He's just Kalani. He's pure. He is a white sheet of paper waiting to be drawn on. He doesn't care about others, he'll do what he has to do, unless they manage to delve themselves so deep into his heart he can't let them just die like anyone else. Even though he would gladly watch people he didn't care about suffer.

Playful is something you can use for Kalani. He loves to joke, to laugh, to play games, he likes to be involved, feel wanted. When he isn't though, he;s a needy child who might resort to poisoning your food because you ignored him for too long. Nothing that could kill, of course, just enough to make you sick so he could play nurse and make the target feel better and get praise. Some say what he went through at a younger age drove him to pure madness, which isn't far from the truth, but he doesn't like to say he's 'insane' just a little 'off the rocker'. He's actually good at what he does and tends to have a very demanding personality when it comes to attention.

His focus towards his job, however, taking a seriously playful turn. he will finish it to the letter, try to get perfect marks, but he will also make it a game, torture who and what he can for the pure joy of it, play around with his Pokemon, maybe set something on fire, then get back to the mission and finish it within the required time limit. He's a rather serious person, when you cut pass all the silly layers.

One you get too deep, you will find his inner fears. The part of him that has never recovered from the torture he faced when he was younger. Closed off rooms, one door, the smell of medicine and of musty, damp waters; any of this can send him into a panic attack, causing him to sometimes pass out to a strained heart. Thus why he is kept out in the field and away from places like that, in fear of him one day dying in the shock. Even the sight of someone that looks like one of the people that tortured him will send him into a panic attack. He tends to avoid those people and places. He isn't a fool.

His father was a lawyer and his mother was a good ol' sweet heart that raised him at home. His childhood was a normal sort of childhood. he had the bullies in the neighborhood, the good kids, the cute kids, the smart kids, the school yard fights, the classes. Everything was normal, and it was all fine! Kalani had fun there, in Hoenn. He was a good swimmer and loved the water, but he loved his Treecko more. That was, until he was taken. It was on a warm summer day, school was out, and he was so happy playing with his friends, until he was suddenly grabbed.

The men were nice to him on the way to wherever they were going, giving him this weird drink that made him very sleepy. He didn't know what happened after, but he woke up sore and unable to walk, and in a bright, white room with a single steel door exit. There was no bed, but a towel on the floor for him to curl up in. He didn't know how long he was there, but he knew it was a long time. He grew taller, and every now and then the nurse that cared for him would say 'happy birthday' and give him a little bit of extra food to eat, behind the scientist backs.

The next few years of his life was treated with various drugs, and many beatings. he got to the point where he would cower at the sight of anyone in a white cloak, terrified of them, scared of being harmed. He knew life wasn't like that, he knew he wasn't supposed to be there. he was a smart kid, he knew this wasn't right. More times passed, over and over the same thing. By the time he was a teen, he had given up to this life, being fed through a tube. The only love he had was the Treecko he was able to keep that evolved into a Grovyle, the Pokemon having a control collar on him to keep him calm.

It was when Kalani was nineteen he was saved. A large blast came into the room and he was found, by accident, by these two people, that dragged him back to their hideout. he was given medical treatment and checked over, going through psychiatric care. Why? because the leader, apparently, didn't like to see anyone treated like that, or that was what he was told. The real reason was, Raito, his boss, could use someone that was broken like him to his advantage and would use him in ever opportunity he got. Kalani found himself being trained and a Joker, and gaining a team due to it. He felt free, he felt better. He felt like he had a home now.
