♟ You must maintain a character tracker and have a link in your signature for staff to access.
♙ You must have an anime or manga face claim. If your face is already claimed, then find another one or contact Dew about your options in obtaining that face claim. Many are more than willing to help you find a new face.
♟ Please do not post as a character until they are accepted. Always check the reply to your character, for it may be a pending. Also, once accepted, you still cannot post until you have made your claims (face claim and who's who) and a tracker.
♙ Characters can start with a team after you have one active trainer already that has ten in character post. A team is up to six Pokemon, though having any legendary Pokemon or a complete team of shinies will make your character be instantly denied. Try to have variation.

Due to a drop in activity, we have decided to add somewhat more stricter rules on activity. This should be followed. Punishment will usually be having your account marked inactive (which could lead to expulsion from the site if you do not pick back up your activity). If the tone seems a little harsh... Yeah, it's the best way to get the message across right now. The admins get stressed over these things. Rules are subject to change.

♙ Now, let's say you're in a situation where you cannot post yet you can at least chat for a few minutes on the chat box every now and again. That's cool. However, we do expect you to still be an active member on the site. This is, after all, a roleplay site, not a chat site. Even if you're logging in every day and talking on the chat box, you are still expected to get that in character post somewhere. It isn't hard to type up a paragraph on your phone, ipod, ipad, mobile device with internet. If you're going to be in an extended period of time where you can't do anything but the chat box for some reason, please post a fond farewell so that the staff can give you that extended time.
♙ Regardless, this is a roleplay site. If you started out on the site as a roleplayer but have decided "y'know, I'm just gonna be here to chat. No one cares that I'm not roleplaying. Huehue," then shame on you. We care. It looks bad if we have members who do not contribute to what is happening in the roleplay. Please note that posting in the chat box does not make you an 'active' member. If you don't follow the roleplay activity rules, you are considered 'inactive' regardless of how you may see it.
♙ Staff! Don't think you can get away with just checking in and talking on the chat, too! You're expected to do everything the members have to and more! You're expected to roleplay and do your staffing duties; however, if you can at least do all those mod posts to keep the members roleplaying and happy, you're golden... For the most part. You are still expected to roleplay, mingle, etc. As they say in Wigglytuff's Guild, don't shirk work![/div]

♙ Do not beg or pester or bother people for post. A little 'hey' about a post is alright once in a blue moon, but never bother someone about it every day. Muse is fickle and the member might not want to post. Patience is a virtue and virtue is grace.
♟ We love it when people come and chat with us, but not when they just come to chat. Guest that appear are seen as potential members. When guest constantly come back only to chat to one or two people, it gets annoying, especially when you say you aren't going to join. It looks bad and it is slightly insulting to the staff. Feel free to come on and chat, but if you appear more than three times and say you won't be joining, or just come to spam or something similar, you will be asked to leave. This is not to be rude, but we want to show that potential members are free to chat, as long as they are considering joining our community. If not, then that is fine! But don't come on just to chat to chat. There are instant messaging sites out there. Use that or ask for our Skype or something (as long as you aren't a weirdo).
