This breeding program is a speed breeding program. This means eggs are being produced at every possible chance and the offspring hatched and trained as fast as possible. This hatchery focuses on birds, especially special birds, but will focus on a few other random Pokemon by request.
Prices of this hatchery tend to be higher due to the rarity of the birds being hatched, if they are special. This means that more haggling and denial in certain sales will take place.

The hatchery can be found in Small Vendors. The purpose of a hatchery is to purchase Pokemon you want or wait for a clutch to be born. It is a good way to stay on someone's list for Pokemon you want and is easier to obtain rare Pokemon that cost a lot.
