♚ The History
♙A long, painful war froze the Region over in a thick layer of ice that froze the hears of Pokemon and men alike. It was only when the original White Knight raised his blade did anyone think to stand up to the evil king. Many suffered, yet, peace was finally obtained after the White Knight beat the evil king at his own game and gave power to the king's brother. The Region's cold ice melted and all the Pokemon cheered. This legend lives in the heart of Phoenix, the Region remembering when the old Region of Ceneri burned in ice and ushered in a new era of peace. The Pokemon and Legendary beast went back to their lives with the humans. All was perfect.
Times changed and things went from peaceful to violent. Like a hidden torrent deep in the waters. On the surface, the Region is happy, filled with love and friendship. Yet under the surface, strong riptides hunger to pull people down. From the infamous Jokers to the hidden mafias to the secret cults, the Region is about to be thrown into war with itself.
Sides are struggling for power and control, the Rangers, also called the White Knights, fighting back violently to stop them. Will you live on the surface of the water? Or will you dive deeper into those dark waters to fight the evil or help it? Whose side are you on?

♙The Phoenix Region is a monarchy. The king is in control of everything that happens including foreign trade. No one is higher than the king, but he is not above his own law. The Region allows mayors and governors to help control the cities and keep order, and these people are the Gym Leaders with the Elite Four and Champion. A place of power is hard to gain in the castle's inner workings.
The king is the head while the queen rules beside him. The head adviser works directly with his and her majesty, and the children of the royal couple work directly with their parents and the ruling. The order of power is nothing to talk about, as the king is the head of everything. The family are celebrities.
There are people that wish to assassinate the king and his family, to rule out the monarchy and throw the Region into discord. This group is unknown, but some mercenaries are hired to attempt as assassination. The Jokers, in fact, work to protect the king and his family like the Rangers do. After all, you need friends in high places. The group that wants to take over the Region itself still rest in the shadows.
The king and his family live in the mountains of the Phoenix Region, in a towering castle that spans for several acres. Anyone lucky enough to see it from a distance must go to the edge of the northern mountains.

♙The Phoenix has declared its religion to be under Arceus. The Church of Phoenix believes that Arceus is the deity of all Pokemon. His will is for humans and Pokemon to live together in peace. The teachings of the church are very simple, and the church has a strong belief to not bust in on people's personal lives. Their one focus is to ensure humans and Pokemon live together in harmony, captured or wild. Otherwise, they don't mind anything else people do.
The government of Phoenix fully supports their church, but don't try to force anyone into it. They believe all types of religions are welcome as long as everyone is given the same amount of respect.

♙The Kingdom of Phoenix has a big heart when it comes to the celebrations of their people. From every city to even the small tribal villages that exist in their own areas. Each celebration is to bring the people closer together in a world that is so cold, but even then evil lurks under the surface.
Magic seems to happen, though, as during these times, even the most fearsome of rivals tend to come together in peace and enjoy the festivities. The Rangers and Jokers are no stranger to this magic that sweeps across the region during the most special of times. Each city is more than happy to welcome others to the celebrations and to offer fun for all.
