In their tribe, they do not discriminate between roles and everyone plays the same role, except they make it a point to have a woman rule their clan. In their history, a single child was able to directly sense aura of everything, and calmed a massive army of angry Pokemon. This child's bloodline is now the royal bloodline that rules. They usually only have female offspring. There have only been three male rulers.
