miss rio. raikou. female. sassy nature. volt absorb ability. hyper beam. black tiger.
she in a sense, keeps an eye on welter, and to try her best to give welter his body back when one of the other two take over due to having multiple personality disorder. a very sassy legendary creature, she tends to be a bit protective and isn't afraid to talk back to others depending on who they are. of course though, welter can't understand her. but, he has grown use to her. fairly fond of her as well.
side note: xe prefers to be called jo or kaiser. welter is aware of lew and vilmos but lew and vilmos are oblivious to the others.

diggin' deeper and deeper
Welter is an overall quiet person who tends to keep to xemself most of the time, most likely since xe doesn't want to get in trouble with anyone- and it has been engraved into xir mindset that if xe is quiet, out of the way, and behaves xemself, xe won't be a problem and xe won't get in trouble. However, Welter can be a very talkative person around friends and people that xe knows xe can trust. Just.. give xem some time- pestering xir and trying to pry open everything about xem is just going to make xem shell up more than xe already has.
Welter is also more of a follower than a leader, always willing and preferring to follow someone than to actually lead someone and direct them. But, xe isn't one to go to advice for someone- use to having to work things out xemself, but that might be because xe has always been stuck with that as one of xir only choices to work something out.
And Welter is surprisingly a sweetie, he tends to go with the flow and try his best to comfort others even if he isn't in a good mood himself. He tends to even do his best to cheer them up, as if to say he is there for them- part of the reason is he doesn't want anyone to feel alone. He knows what it feels like, and he knows it feels awful.
Moving on to his other two personalities, we are going to start by describing Lew first. Lew and vilmos don't show up as often- lew being triggered into impact when welter gets into a physical fight and vilmos gets triggered when someone under the influence is yelling at him (or in general).
Lew is, as foreshadowed, a more violent personality. He sees himself as a twenty two year old medical student, who isn't afraid to throw some punches or two. He has beaten up people before, and doesn't understand how he is so weak when he does it (welters body is fairly good and decent, but welter doesn't work out or pick fights himself- so his body lacks the regular muscles most men have). But, with this violence, Lew is also masochistic. He can tolerate and put up with pain, and actually enjoy some of it, which Welter cannot. Matter of fact, Lew will encourage someone to hurt him if the situation comes down to it.
Lew could be considered more outgoing and talkative too, where Welter is more quiet and keep-to-himself. Lew has no issue confronting people, asking for help/advice if he thinks he needs it, and so on and so forth. He might actually talk a bit to much in some situations, but he certainly doesn't talk much as Vilmos.
Vilmos believes that he is a male to female transgender, a transwomen, who is studying abroad in Phoenix. The age Vilmos claims to be isn't really known, she doesn't speak of it and her age can widely vary some days. Some days Vilmos may act more like a toddler when she shows up, or she may act more like a very responsible adult who knows what she is talking about.
She tends to start conversations with anyone and everyone who shows interest in talking to her, and absolutely loves giving advice instead of getting advice. But, Vilmos is also a bit scary in her own way. Mainly because she isn't afraid to sternly correct someones behavior, or educate someone on a topic she knows a lot about. Rarely resorting to violence, Vilmos uses her words more than anything. Unlike Lew who usually fights and Welter who keeps to himself.

a little background check
trigger warnings: abuse, hints of non con.
Welter was born as, what seems to be, an only child (he may have siblings, but they were probably put up for adoption or didn't survive). However, Welter does know that even if he may have other siblings, the possibility being out there, he was their first son. And that was why they kept him, is because even if they thought they weren't quite so fit enough to raise a child- they had to keep their first born son. Or at least by what Welter knows.
and in all honesty, welter didn't want them to have kept him. he'd rather suffer the unknown fate of any other siblings he might have had than staying with his mother and father. his mother was worse than his father, usually doing most of the beatings that had inflicted on him. toying with his emotions, and even trying to mentally mess with him from time to time. his father decided to ignore it, and him in general at times, but otherwise he was pretty fine. unless he was drunk, which was another story. welter might even think he was worse than his mother when it came to him being drunk. but, at least he could be thankful that it didn't last as long as it would have with his mother. and that it wasn't very random.
so with this childhood and home instated, welter found sanctuary in his school. it was his safe haven, he wouldn't get hurt there. and, it seemed like people may even care about him there too. at school, he was also introduced into reading and math. which was another escape for him, math helping him take his mind off of things along with reading. that was until lew and vilmos showed up, slowly, but surely.
the personalities showed up around the age of nine when he had just endured to much and his means of escape weren't working anymore. and so, lew was created to deal with his mother and vilmos was created to deal with his father during his drunk rages. they aren't very present now, but lew shows up if welter gets into a fight and vilmos shows up when someone who is under the influence is yelling at him or in general (the tone is slurred, and that is how it is deciphered).
they helped him cope with the next couple of years, up to the age of fourteen when it really started to get bad. but, just in time, a teacher had finally noticed the bruises he was trying to hide so well. and he had been doing a good job of it too. in the end, she reported it to the police and they dealt with it. the parents arrested and welter put into an orphanage.
he didn't really fit in- welter became more of a recluse during this time, being quiet and trying to avoid getting involved in much. it was because he was scared of a new place and new surroundings- even if it was better than his old home. and this was where he stayed for one whole year of his life. after a year? someone finally adopted him.
the archduke and archduchess of the phoenix region- and it turned out that there was the likelihood of them being his aunt and uncle anyways, which was surprising. but, not as surprising as the sudden royal title suddenly pinned to him after the adoption and everything. It took him a while to process what exactly happened, and as he processed, he did his best to adjust to his new life style.
Despite still trying to adjust, he gets along with the archduke and archduchess well- he behaves pretty well too, a good kid. And he senses more of a family bond than when he was with his parents, so life has been pretty good. If you asked him how they are as people, he'd even respond with kind and caring- but he has seen a tad bit of a manipulative side to them when they are told no. Which, he doesn't quite understand, and he is trying to figure out why they do get a bit upset over that. Even if they don't always show it.
